Inclusive Leadership in Education
We invite you to take part in our online survey exploring inclusive leadership across the education sector.
Online
This study examines how inclusive leadership is understood and practiced in educational institutions, and how leadership approaches may shape experiences of institutional belonging among staff, educators, and other members of educational communities. We are interested in everyday perspectives: what inclusive leadership looks like in practice, which conditions enable it, and where challenges remain.
Your experiences and insights are valuable. By participating, you will help build a clearer understanding of how education-sector institutions can foster leadership cultures in which people feel recognised, respected, able to contribute, and genuinely included.
The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your responses will be treated confidentially and analysed only in aggregated form.
Thank you for contributing to this important conversation on inclusion, leadership, and belonging in education.
